Assembly Manu­facturing and Part Refinement

Assembly manufacturing represents a special aspect of our comprehensive service package. Here, thermo- and duro-manufactured plastic parts are further processed and refined according to customer specifications. At specially designed assembly workstations, plastic parts are completed or entire assemblies produced cost-effectively on behalf of our customers.

In addition to our in-house capabilities, we collaborate with external partners, allowing us to offer our customers every conceivable additional service. And of course, this is coordinated and organized by us upon request.

 

Assembly Manufacturing
and Part Refinement

  • Complex assemblies: Up to more than 20 individual components are assembled at semi-automated assembly stations

  • Pad printing: On our pad printing machines, logos or other component markings can be applied

  • CNC technology: CNC turning and milling centers are available for the mechanical processing of plastic parts. By means of custom-designed mechanisms, complex geometric features can be added to the already-manufactured part

  • Ultrasonic welding: In ultrasonic welding , the heat required for plastification is generated by converting ultrasonic vibrations into mechanical vibrations and transmitted to the component to be welded with a specific pressure through the sonotrode. The plastic components act as energy conductors

  • Surface refinements: Vacuum metallization (EMC/ESD coating, solderable coating, reflective layers) as well as decorative plastic painting

Pad printing
