we use modern technology - both in production
and in quality control.
During release and manufacturing process controls,
qualitative characteristics of our products are continuously monitored
and evaluated (SPC). This occurs in close consultation with our customers.

Complex plastic parts require a continuous monitoring system. To meet these requirements, we work with these, and other systems:
- 3D multi-sensor measurement systems (optical / tactile)
- Measuring microscopes
- Tactile 3D coordinate measuring equipment
All systems enable complex measurements, calculations, and the storage of measurement tasks for cyclic monitoring of manufacturing processes and creating initial sample inspection reports according to VDA standards.
By means of our Q-system Consic Meter, we determine the capabilities of our measuring equipment, create dimension reports, perform SPC analyses, and also monitor all measuring instruments.
We annually assess our customer satisfaction (delivery reliability, communication, quality, etc.) and have achieved results of well over 90% for many years. Our existing customers trust us. We grow annually with new orders from our customer base constituting more than 10% of the current parts turnover.
