Energy-efficient processes and components – this is how we are able to reduce our CO2 footprint. As part of our environmental management system, we continually improve our energy and environmental performance standards, leading to many successes stories over in recent years:
- All machines meet the latest energy standards.
- Our energy consumption has decreased from 0.24 kWh to 0.17 kWh per € of parts revenue over the past three years.
- Since 2015, we have been DIN ISO 50001 certified and have saved approximately 500,000 kWh of electricity through the implementation of various action plans.
- 95% of the heating requirements in our buildings are met by means of heat recovery from cooling of machine hydraulics, whilst we have our own water treatment system to process water without resorting to chemical additives.
